The cost of the privilege trip ticket is estimated annually according to the level of salaries, cost of foodstuff, public utilities and other expenses.

            During March in the military unit the estimates the demand for trip tickets and forms the application list. In accordance with the article 6.1.5 of the Field agreement between the Ministry of defense of Ukraine and Central Committee of All-Ukrainian trade union of personnel of Armed Forces of Ukraine for years 2008-2010, the number of trip tickets for the children of Armed Forces of Ukraine personnel shouldn’t extend 25% of the total number of the privilege tickets.  An application for trip tickets in the form, given below, should be submitted in such term to be received in the Central Administration of educational, social and psychological work of Armed Forces of Ukraine not later then on April 15.

            The privilege tickets are delivered to the authorized representatives of the military command structure, military units, institutions and establishments according to the plan of distribution, certified by the head of the General Staff – the Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine or his deputy.

            The officials, who are guilty of delivering of privilege trip tickets to the people, who don’t work (don’t do military service) in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, are subject to material responsibility in the amount of difference in cost of commercial and privilege ticket. The belonging to the Armed Forces of Ukraine is defined by the electronic card index of the Central administration of personnel of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the basis of the register of trip tickets of the Yuriy Gagarin Children recreation camp.

            The age of a child is defined on the first day of the trip ticket. In case of arrival of a child, whose age is more then 14 years or less then 8 years, such child stays in the camp for 3 days, during which the administration of the military unit, where the parents of the child work, is immediately informed with a demand to take the child home. The same measures are taken when a child has arrived with evident signs of infectious or skin diseases. The member of personnel, who has allowed the arrival of such children, bears respective responsibility.
